Once your order is handed over to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss passes to you. While we use reliable partners, Fit Fusion is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or for lost/stolen packages that have been confirmed as "Delivered" by the tracking service.

  • Non-Returnable: For hygiene reasons, certain items like water bottles or sweatbands may be final sale if opened.
